Meet The Owner
The Elia is a family owned and operated venue, under the leadership of Brittanie Pate. Brittanie’s career is endowed with impressive industry knowledge + vendor relations gained through decades of experience in venue management, event planning, catering and sales.
Brittanie also runs her own wedding planning business, Brittanie Raquel Events, which is also local to the Wilmington, NC area.

Most of my experience has been in serving others and design, From working in restaurants marketing internships, to volunteering at my church - nothing makes me happier than seeing people smile because of an experience I helped create.
