 The Elia is a Wedding & Event Venue located in the heart of Downtown Wilmington.  Surrounded by local hotels, boutiques, cafe’s, restaurants, bars and the iconic and picturesque Riverwalk. Your guests will experience the history and fall in love with its coastal charm. With over 7,000 square feet of an open floor plan layout, The Elia can host up to 175 guests for a seated dinner or 250 for a cocktail style experience, making it one of Downtown Wilmington's largest event venues.

    • Morning Rental: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM

    • Evening Rental: 4:30 PM – 10:30 PM

  • 6-Hour Rental Period – Rental time includes setup, event time, and cleanup. (Example: 1–2 hours for setup, 3–4 hours for the event, and 1 hour for cleanup.)

Pricing For Half Day Rental

  • Monday-Thursday: $2,500

  • Sunday & Friday: $3,000

    • **Friday evening events must have a bar minimum of $1,500

  • Saturday: $4,000

    • **Saturday evening events must have a bar minimum of $2,500
